He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Samuel Carter Redmond and Jackson Ryan Redmond; his brother Edgar F. Redmond, III (Kimberly); his nieces and nephews, Edgar Frazier Redmond IV (Ariel), Cooper Randolph Redmond and Jensen Arlene Redmond; his parents, Edgar Frazier Redmond, II and Patricia; his cousins, Michael, Lynn Scarboro, Tim, Anne Brand, T. R. and Jennifer Russell; his uncle David Scarboro; his friend Ashley Kimsey; and also Julie Brown Redmond.
