He is survived by: his wife Joann Culbertson Ammons; and his children, Mark Ammons (Dori), Tim Ammons (Kim), Belinda Chatham (Dale), Courtney Spry (Todd), Windy Hooper and Lisa Ammons. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
