He is survived by: his wife Pat Rhodes Culberson; his children, Craig Culberson (April) and Carole Crews; his sister Patti Jean Culberson Yoder; his grandsons, Curtis Crews (Amanda) and Nathan Culberson (Sadie); and his great grandchild Elling Culberson.
