He was predeceased by: his father Carl Bell; and his siblings, Harrill, Leonard and Kenny Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Agnes Wiggins; his son John Wiggins (Roxanne); his grandsons, Anthony and Michael Wiggins; his great grandchild Alexander; his sister Patty Wiggins Belk; and his friend June Turner. He is also survived by his family and friends.
