He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomas and Bessie Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Floria Thomas; his sons, Michael of Charlotte, NC and Erik (Denica) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Marlon (Autumn), Tatyana, Talaya and Myles; his brother Perry (Fran) of Lexington, NC; his nieces, Danielle Howarth and Robin Cox; and also Chad of Washington.
