She was predeceased by: her parents, George VanHorn and Hazel VanHorn; and her husband Dr. J. David Alford. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Alford, Brian Alford (Tricia) and Kelly Snider; and her grandchildren, Sam, Kaitlyn, Ben, Skye, Ethan, Will and Stella.
