Billy Wayne Rosser Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2021, at the age of 87, Billy Wayne Rosser of Mooresville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Elton Rosser and Irene Parrish Rosser; and his brother Hugh Archie Rosser. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Coleman Rosser; his daughter Debbie Page (Martin); his grandsons, Dylan Page and Dane Page (Heather); his sister-in-law Joyce Mangum Rosser; his niece Pam Lamason (Bill); his great-nephews, Ross and Blair; and his stepchildren, Kyle Rogers (Chris), Teresa Mogianesi (Louie) and Susan Rogers. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
The church and family request that masks and social distancing guidelines be observed.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bill's memory to Rocky Mount Methodist Church, 1739 Perth Road, Mooresville, NC 28117.
