He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Heintzlemin Plyler; his brothers, Charles Plyler and Bobby Ray Plyler; and his granddaughter Kayla Plyler. He is survived by: his children, Billy W. Plyler, Jr. (Juanita), Michelle Neel (Pressley), Tommy Plyler (Ann), Don Plyler (Larissa) and Scottie Plyler; his stepchildren, Dennis Gavitt (Shirley) and Chaz Gavitt (Leslie); and his sisters, Mary Jane Brown and Betty Gail Femister. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.
