He is survived by: his parent Gladys Moore; his wife Lillie Cabe Miller; his children, Billy Miller, Jr., Mary Hall, David Miller (Ginger), Sherry Honbarger (Gene) and Deanna Miller (Emily); and his siblings, Phillip Moore, Hansel Moore and Mary Moore. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
