He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Brannon and Carey Wingate Brannon; his wife Silvadean Overcash Brannon; and his son James Edward Brannon. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Patterson (Larry) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Jonathan Patterson (Sarah), Blair Brannon Dwyer (Timmy) and Jessica Brannon; and his great grandchildren, Anna Patterson, Molly Patterson and Bailey Dwyer.
