He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Warden; and his brother Bob Blake. He is survived by: his father Jesse Blake; his wife Teresa Blake; his children, Brandon Blake (Sara), Brittany Bandy (Lucas), Stephanie Blake (Thomas) and Tammy Brower; his grandchildren, Garrett Bandy, Tyler Bandy and Avery Bandy; his sister-in-law Mary Blake; and his pet Fred.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Chapel (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115).
