She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Brooks and Lena Morrow Brooks; her husband Roy "Bill" Waugh; and her son Tony Allen Waugh. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Waugh Cruse; her sister Virginia Ann McConnell; her daughter-in-law Teresa Waugh; and her grandchildren, Jamie Roger, Brandon Christy, Brent Christy, Bani Jones and Brooke Kennedy. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
