It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Marie Hobart (Mooresville, North Carolina), who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Dennis Malchow, Georgianna Malchow Trexler and Debbie Malchow Yount; her parents, Willy and Arliss Malchow (Hopper); her significant other Randy Hobart; her children, Andrea Hobart Shirey and Chris Hobart; and her grandchildren, Emma Shirey Ondek, Will Shirey, Sloane and Blythe Hobart.
