It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Stone of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lenial Stone Jr.; and her siblings, John Sherman Pinyan II, Pheanis Pinyan, Patrick Pinyan, Floyd Pinyan of Earl Pinyan, A. G, Buck Pinyan, Ethel Wilson, Dixie Kendall, Louise Rich, Maxine Price and Alma Horne.

She is survived by: her children, John Sherman Pinyan, Sherman Clayton Stone (Laura) and Dale Brian Stone (Holly); her grandchildren, Jake Stone (Nicole), Savanah Stone, Seth Stone (Jenna), Abigail Carney (Foster), Alyssa Beal (Tim) and Nesro Stone; and her great grandchildren, Rosalie Carney, Shailey Beal and Ashlyn Dempsey.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Gordon Hospice House, Statesville, NC in her honor.
