He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Britz and Marguerite Pinto Britz; and his brother Edwin Britz. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Patterson Britz; his children, Buffy Francis (Sean), Johnny Britz (Erin), Beth Stacy (Mike) and Jeri Keel (Mark); his sister Carolyn Gartelman (Bob); and his grandchildren, Amanda Wolfe, Justin Ogle, William Keel, Cody Keel, Patrick Francis, Carolyne Francis, Andrew Britz and Sarah Britz. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
