He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary M. Massey and Hoyle E. Massey; his brother Gary D. Massey; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Massey and Becky Massey.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Safrit Massey; his son Robin D. Massey (Shari); his granddaughter Chloe Massey Chuby (Tyler); and his brothers, Jack H. Massey (Laurieann) and Bobby J. Massey.
