William Whisnant Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Whisnant of Mooresboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Whisnant and Jennie Sue Price Whisnant. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Whisnant; his daughters, Donna Yelton (Bruce) of Rutherfordton and Sandra Ledford (Scott) of Mooresboro; his siblings, Tommy Whisnant (Joann) of Ellenboro, Louise Selvey of Forest City and Mary Sue Whisnant of Rutherfordton; his grandchildren, Kendell Cox (Robert), Robyn Harrison (Steven), Kristen Walker (Tyler) and Braydon Yelton; and his great grandchildren, Seth Greene, Aniston Cox, Addison Walker, Jaxton Walker, Rylie Walker and Blake Harrison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
