She was predeceased by: her parents, David S. Dugger and Virginia D. Dugger; her son James Paul Dugger; her brother Doug Dugger; and her stepdaughter Gina Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Webb; her sons, Allen Dugger of Vale, NC and Travis Dugger of Vale, NC; her sister Laura Cullins (Chester) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Brittany Setzer (Ashley), Megan Dugger, Monica Dugger and Jake Hicks; and her stepsons, Doug Webb (Robin) of Maiden, NC and Ted Webb of Casar. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
