It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Moore of Mooresboro, North Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Luckadoo and Viola Silvers Luckadoo; and her sisters, Barbara Wingard and Betty Walls. She is survived by: her husband Bob Moore; her children, Jeff Moore (Donna) of Gastonia and Sharon Chilton (Shawn) of Oak Island, NC; her sisters, Mary Sue Porter of Mooresboro and Pam Humphries (Bill) of Forest City; her grandsons, Robert Alexander Moore (Guadalupe), Joshua Sean Moore (Dakota) and Brayden Smith; and her great grandchildren, Trace Moore and Alucard Moore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1251 US Hwy 221a, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Race Path Baptist Church (1171 Racepath Church Rd, Ellenboro, NC 28040).
