He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Donald Edmonson and Blanche Elizabeth Allen Edmonson; and his brother Donald Gene Edmonson. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Jones Edmonson; his children, Daniel Franklin Edmonson (Elizabeth) and Rev. Elisabeth Edmonson Cothran (Ben); his grandchildren, Elijah Franklin, Bethany Grace, Caleb Thomas Edmonson and Willow Rayne; and his brother Evans Eugene "Rusty" Edmonson (Sarabeth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
