He is survived by: his children, Angela Waters of Shelby, Jackie Powell of Gaffney and Jeremy Powell of Mooresboro; and his siblings, Rhonda Beheler of Forest City, Debbie Moose of Statesville, Larry Powell of Cliffside, Mike Powell of Forest City and Jerry Powell of Forest City. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
