He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Jones and Ethel Cantrell Jones; and his siblings, Charles, Hoyle, Dean, Jack, Ravanell of Bill, J. R., Tula, Sue and Betty Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Jones; his stepchildren, Tyra Jones (Bruce) of Lake Wylie, Tim Callahan (Tammie) of Ellenboro and Randy Callahan of Fresno, California; his grandchildren, Sarah, Whitney and Josh; and his great grandchild Henry.
