It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mauricio Bonilla of Mooresboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Sahar Bonilla; and his mother Beatrice Bonilla. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bonilla; his children, Nathaniel Bonilla (Amanda) of Zebulon, Elizabeth Bonilla-Williams (Elijah) of Greensboro and Jesse Bonilla (Savannah) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Rayna, Zion and Elias Bonilla; his father Jaime Bonilla; and his brothers, Carlos and Jamie Junior Bonilla.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to We Defy Foundation, 4100 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, TX 75070.
