He is survived by: his close friend Janice Henson Hendrix; his sons, Eric Hendrix (Stephanie) and Brian Hendrix of Mooresboro; his sister Carlon Bailey of Rutherfordton; his grandchildren, Brianna Hendrix, Cody Hendrix-Rhodes, Dakota Hendrix, Madison Hendrix-Rhodes and Dalton Hendrix; and his great grandchild Everly Rose Hendrix.
