She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Alan McCombs, II and Cynthia Rae Alley McCombs; her son Shai McCombs; her siblings, Benjamin McCombs of Mooresboro, Victoria Burch (Brandon) of Belmont, Laura Allman (Justin) of Stallings and Katilyn Shelton of Mooresboro; her grandparents, Ronnie of Bostic, Vickie McCombs of Bostic, Raymond of Bostic and JoAnn Alley of Bostic; and her nieces and nephews, Storm Smith, Bailey, Sidney Burch, Emerie, Ryker and Adilene Allman.
