He is survived by: his parents, Noel Cook (Glenda) of Casar, NC and Chris Blanton (David) of Mooresboro, NC; his sister Halie Roxanne Gulledge (Kyle) of Hartsville, SC; his nieces and nephews, Riley Faith Gulledge and Kinsley Taylor Gulledge; and his caregiver Christopher Garren of Mooresboro, NC..
