Doyle Splawn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2022, at the age of 79, Doyle Splawn of Mooresboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shuford Splawn and Lennie Brown Splawn; his stepson Shane Holland; and his siblings, Eloise Gunter, Martha Melton, Norma Hopper, Sally Oakes, Dorean Westbrook, Herbert, Eugene, Gerald and William "Whitey" Splawn.

He is survived by: his wife Erlene Padgett; his children, Donna Sprouse (David) of Forest City, Kim Ledford (Larry) of Ellenboro and Jody Splawn (Deanne) of Rutherfordton; his stepchildren, Shellie Easler of Spartanburg and Kelly McSwain (Amy) of Mooresboro; and his grandchildren, Justin Ledford (Morgan), Chase Splawn and Emma McSwain.
