She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford B. Whicker and Letha Whicker (Foster); her children, Susan Starr (Keener) of Centerville, Iowa. and David Keener of Mooresboro, NC.; her grandson Zachary Starr of Centerville, IA.; her great grandchild Kaiden Joseph Keener of Lattimore, NC.; her brother Phillip E. Whicker of Moravia, IA.; her sister-in-law Kitty Whicker of Blackwell, OK.; her husband Joseph E. Keener; and her siblings, Wayne Ray Whicker and Barbara Ann Smith.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made the the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Mooresboro, North Carolina.
