She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Johnson. She is survived by: her spouse Charles "Chuck" Worley; her daughter Stephanie Worley of Mooresboro; her grandson Jordan Trey Greene of Cleveland, Ohio; her siblings, Barbara Gaida of Lawndale, Kay Meeler (Tony) of Meansville, Georgia and James R. Johnson (Debbie) of Connelly Springs, NC; and her sister-in-law Annie Mae Johnson of Henrietta.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations to the Cornerstone Baptist Church Building Fund, 4357 W. Dixon Blvd., Shelby, NC 28152.
