He is survived by: his wife Sue Miles Johnson; his children, Dr. Jamie Johnson and Dr. Paula Johnson Swindle; his son-in-law Dustin; his grandchildren, Matthew Kelly Johnson and Abby Marie Johnson; his brother Robert "Bob" Johnson; and his friend Wake Forest.
