He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Starnes and Keith Starnes; his brother Jason Starnes; his aunt Sandra McCain; his uncle Dennis Starnes; and his cousins, Tonya Starnes, Mark and Darren McCain. He is also survived by his loving parents, Zachary is survived by extended family.
