He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Watts and Mae Rollins Watts; his son Ricky Plyler; his grandson Lacy Watts; his great grandchild Cody Simpson; his daughter-in-law Yana Plyler; and his siblings, Darrel, Carson Watts, Lucille Funderburk, Hattie McManus and Martha Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Rorie Watts. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
