He is survived by: his father William Hoyte Fowler; his wife Carmen Jenny Fowler; his children, William Christopher Fowler, Justin Mark Fowler and Carmen Kaitlyn Fowler; his daughter-in-law Cindy Fowler; his mother Peggy O'Neill Fowler; his mother-in-law Ellen Benton; his grandsons, Kaden William Fowler, Mason O'Neill Fowler and Easton Micheal English; and his sister-in-law Tena Deese.
