She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hays and Helen Mace Hays Bonovitch; and her brothers, Randy, Steve Bonovitch and Tom Hays.

She is survived by: her husband Jay Palmer; her children, Keith Bonovitch (Alexa), Kelly Hogenson (Rob) and Matt Palmer (Denise); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Molly Bonovitch, Izak, Madelyn and Oliver Hogenson.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Chautauqua County Humane Society.
