She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Blythe and Gladys Blythe. She is survived by: her husband Donald Helms; her sister Patti Smith; her niece Shannon Lowery; her great-niece Alyssa Bohrer; and her great-nephew Aiden Bohrer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
