She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Laney and Sadie Laney; and her siblings, Earl Laney and Sadie Laney. She is survived by: her daughters, Carrie Lynn Pressley and Joyce Carlan Kennington; her grandchildren, CJ Kennington, Chase Kennington and Samuel Mascaro; her great grandchildren, Raiden Kennington, Ava Kennington and Nolan Crews; and her grandson Raiden.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeland Memorial Park (1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112).
