She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Steve Gordon and Verla Connie Helms Gordon; her husband William Martin Gibson; and her siblings, Rondall Gordon, Jimmy Gordon, Albert Gordon and Phyllis Baker.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shanda Gibson, Danny Gibson, Jr. (Ashley), Andrew Jordan (Jessica), Ashley McBride (Nolan), Bailey Funderburk, Wesley Funderburk, Alyson Jordan and Abigail Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Ava Gibson, Kellan Gibson, Harper Gibson, Paisley Funderburk, Shepard Jordan, Weston Jordan, Merritt McBride and Ever McBride. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Grace Baptist Church, 3411 Weddington Road, Monroe NC 28110.
