She is survived by: her husband Marvin Blackwelder; her siblings, Janice Pettus and Luther Starnes Jr.; her son Jeffrey Scott Horrell (Christina); her stepdaughter Angie Ennis (David); and her grandchildren, Lauren and Landon Horrell.
