She was predeceased by: her parents, Eustace Carl and Ethel Price Helms; her husband Maurice Baker; and her siblings, Louise Priles, Wilma Conder, Verla Ruth Hamilton and Carl Helms, Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Ruby Fowler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
