With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Leigh Fowler of Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eustace Carl Helms and Ethel Price Helms; her husband Jack Fowler; and her siblings, Louise Priles, Wilma Conder, Verla Ruth Hamilton, Frances Baker and Carl Helms, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jan Helms (Lane) of Monroe, Crystal Parker (Mike) of Monroe and Jack Fowler, Jr. (Melanie Trull) of Durham; her grandchildren, Miranda Mills (Rocky) and Andrew Helms (Kaitlyn); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Helms and Atlas Mills.
