He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Esther Donovan Francis; and his wife Lorna Thomas Francis. He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Francis, Vance Francis, Danna Francis, Burton Francis, Dale Francis and Donna Francis; and his siblings, Alberto Francis, Evan Francis, Walter Francis, Joyle Francis, Austril Callwood, Ivah Smith and Dr. Millicent Francis-Lane. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
