He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Mary Phillips Cato; and his brother William Robert "Billy" Cato, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mills Cato; his daughters, Krystal "Kristy" Cato of Monroe, NC, DeAnna "DeeBo" Cato of Monroe, NC and Alexandria "Allie" Cato; his grandchild Braylee Cato; and his father-in-law Woodrow Mills of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by yorkie.
