He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Booth and Bethyl Way Booth; his wife Linda Williams Booth; and his brother Tommy Booth. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Lynette Parker (Greer) of Yadkinville, NC and Deborah Lynn Snyder (Jim) of Hamptonville, NC; his siblings, Andy Booth of Monroe, NC, Don Booth of Indian Trail, NC, Betty Lee of Monroe, NC, Barbara Jean Gurley of Monroe, NC and Patsy Stitt of Waxhaw, NC; his grandchildren, Tommy Parker and Brooke Lamberth (Adam); and his great grandchild Emory Rose Lamberth.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to American Diabetes Association, 1300 Baxter Street, Suite 150, Charlotte, NC 28202.
