He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Edward and Mable Patnode Rennie; and his wife Barbara Frances Rennie. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Rennie (Jody) of Easton, MD and Steve Rennie (Carol) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Rachel Brown (JJ), Bill Rennie, Miranda Donnelly (Sean), Robert Rennie (Grace) and Bryan Rennie; and his great grandchild Madeleine Brown.
