He is survived by: his daughter Robin Gilliland (David); his grandchildren, Starr Kuhlmann (Skye), Sheldon Hooks, Gabe, Maddie, River Harvey and Haze Kuhlmann; his great grandchild Stevie; his former wife Gale Mungo; and his pet Foxy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
