He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Sam and Lois Gordon Simpson. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Gordon (Eddie) of Polkton, NC, Bobby Simpson (Carol) of Monroe, NC and Randy Simpson (Analyn) of Marshville, NC. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
