It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Herring of Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Craven Herring and Louvenia Carroll Herring. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Barbee Herring; his sons, Rick Herring (Trenda) of Monroe, Steve Herring (Ann) of Wilmington and Kevin Herring (Lisa) of Oakboro; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Kyle, Bethany, Stephanie, Tim, Ashli, Jesse, Chris, Bailey and Drew. He is also survived by Twenty-two great-grandchildren and their spouses, and a great-great-grandchild.
