He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bivens Taylor; his children, Lori Taylor Duncan (Bill) and Richard Allen Taylor, Jr. (Jenna); his grandchildren, Tiffany Caro (Edwin), Alexandra Duncan (Kyle), Trip Taylor and Annabelle Taylor; and his siblings, Mike Faulkenberry, Charlene Faulkenberry, Wanda Valencia (Tony) and Carol Fowler (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
