She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Julius King Price and Linnie Mae Simmons Price; her former husband James Darrell Allman; and her daughter Shannon Elaine Allman. She is survived by: her husband Donald Avery; her daughter Jennifer Allman Ravenscroft (Travis); and her grandson Niklas Tarczynski (Abigail).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the American Parkinson's Association, via their website.
