He is survived by: his mother Martha Walters Collins; his wife Kristi Almond Collins; his sons, Daniel Collins (Miranda) and Dillon Collins; his siblings, Ricky Collins (Marilyn) and Sandra Helms (Edwin); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Kyson and Noah Collins.
